After the acquisition in 2010 of the new CNC for manufacturing new tools, Laygo gaskets is proud to announce the new type T50, 100% compatible with the model from the prestigious Alfa Laval.
Our R&D department has developed the Laygo
(r) T50 in a single piece, while other manufacturers are making this gasket in two parts, joined afterwards. In long terms this is not a solution for the performance of the gasket.
The gasket Laygo
(r) T50, like all of our gaskets, is 100% vulcanized in the press, which ensures the complete cross linking in the rubber.

(r) T50 has dimensions of 3400 mm x 1320 mm. and it is available in all of our materials.: NBR, EPDM, FPMG, HNBR, etc.

The difference between the gaskets can be clearly seen and are different from each other what will be a future trouble in the watertightness. The lower image corresponds to the scanner Laygo(r) T50.
There is no union because Laygo manufactures the
Alfa Laval countertype T50 in one piece.
